With over 13 years' experience, David specialises in the delivery of complex capital projects with a focus on audit and assurance, master planning and MEP cost management. His experience spans affordable housing and sustainable infrastructure projects up to a value of $100M, including the Kenya Police Housing implementation plan and infrastructure delivery in Tatu City, Appolonia City and Alaro City. David's regional experience spans Rwanda, Ghana, Nigeria and Ethiopia, with extensive market knowledge of regional supply chains.

Highly appreciated by his clients for the leadership he provides on their projects, Alex has worked for Safaricom as a data centre cost manager and delivered Mabati Rolling Mills service centres across the country. He is fully experienced in organising and leading the activities required throughout each stage of the project lifecycle, investigating service needs and debating alternative proposals to minimise disruption and reduce capital and lifecycle costs.

Joseph Ndekaei is an Assistant Quantity Surveyor grounded in practical construction measurement and cost estimation. Holding a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the Railway Training Institute, Joseph is actively advancing his technical expertise while pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying at the Technical University of Kenya (TUK). He brings a sharp attention to detail, strong analytical drive, and a proactive approach to day-to-day commercial management, supporting teams across cost planning, quantity take-offs, and project administration.
