Who we are

BimCost Management Solutions Ltd is a Nairobi-headquartered consultancy of quantity surveyors and project managers operating across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Rwanda, DRC, Ghana and Nigeria. We exist to give developers, investors and contractors complete cost certainty — from the earliest feasibility sketch through to final account — living our motto of Efficacy Par Excellence in every commission we undertake.

Our journey

Founded by chartered quantity surveyors David Muchiri and Alex Mukere, BimCost grew out of a shared conviction that African capital projects deserved the same commercial rigour found in the world's most mature construction markets. Starting with cost advisory work on master-planned developments in Kiambu County, our practice has since delivered cost and project management services on landmark developments including Tatu City, Two Rivers, The Link Warehouses and Mabati Rolling Mills' nationwide rollout — building, project by project, a reputation for disciplined delivery across eight African markets.
